This company sells airline tickets at bottom prices. After placing an order, someone calls you to share with you that your ticket is a stand-by ticket without any extras. You will only know the day before you leave if you're seat is granted. They can, however, offer you a better flight for somewhat double the price. When you want to cancel your order they say that the order is irreversable and you get charged anyways.
